This is the month that the garden really starts to give something back, a reminder of the work that you will have put in so far this year. Hopefully you will have a bounty of colour, all the rain we have had recently will mean that there should be plenty of lush greenery and if you’re doing well something to eat. Summer is almost here and but the plant are yet to show the signs of distress that the hottest weather brings. Generally speaking it is safe to say that the last of the frosts will be over but there may be a late straggler to look out for.

Things to generally look out for…

Watering – The lack of water this month may be the thing that catches you out, make sure that you keep an eye on anything newly planted or growing in pots or containers.

Plenty to get on with so stop reading this and get out there :-)
